- Whether they have made, or will make an analysis of the reasons for the higher expenditure on aid as a pecentage of gross domestic product (a) in Ireland, at 0.3%; (b) in France, at 0.45%; and (c) in Holland, at 0.81% (according to Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development figures for 1997); and whether any special factors emerge from such an analysis. {HL 2718).
