- Statement on what plans they have to extend Part M of the building regulations to new dwellings. [HL 970]. - Includes fact that further to the Answer in another place on 11 June 1997, 295 c472W, are pleased to announce that Part M of the Building Regulations, covering access and facilities for disabled people, is to be extended to include new dwellings and details given.
