What security checks were instituted in case of Mr Michael Middleton, employee of Messrs Kingfisher of Ferndown, Dorset, in case of his access to House of Commons for purpose of delivering food provisions; to give categories of convictions which preclude a person from receiving a day pass or other passes authorising access to the House of Commons.
