Mr. David Heath: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what assessment he has made of the effect of current duty rates on the competitiveness of English wines. [87069] Mrs. Roche: The Chancellor takes account of the state of all sectors of the alcoholic drinks industry in the run up to the Budget.
