To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, what estimate he has made of the expenditure on computers for schools by each local education authority on a per school basis in the last year.

Mr. Clappison: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what estimate he has made of the expenditure on computers for schools by each local education authority on a per school basis in the last year. [92747] Mr. Charles Clarke: Information on expenditure on ICT on a per school basis in each LEA is not held centrally by the Department. Figures on expenditure on ICT on a per school basis in England will be published later this year.
