Mr. Alan W. Williams: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what contribution the Office of Science and Technology plans to make to exhibitions at the Millennium Dome. [91148] Mr. Battle: The prime responsibility for exhibitions at the Millennium Dome rests with the New Millennium Experience Company. However, officials from the Department of Trade and Industry and the Office of Science and Technology have had several discussions with the New Millennium Experience Company about ideas and source material for exhibits which promote greater public understanding of science, engineering and technology and its key role in shaping the world of the 21{st} century. These have covered such areas as sustainable development, bio-engineering and future transport technology.
