- To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment, if he will rank each local education authority according to the value of its individual schools budget for 1999-2000 as a percentage of the value of its Aggregate Schools Budget for 1998-99; and if he will show those percentages and values distinguishing the authorities with grant maintained schools. - Includes table.
