Dr. Gibson: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what strategic measures he is taking to allow for agricultural changes induced by climate change. [137146] Mr. Morley: My Department has carried out a detailed analysis of the likely impact of climate change on agriculture. Results are not conclusive but the recent extreme weather means that we must assess longterm affect carefully. Further research is underway.
