Mr. Gareth Thomas: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what estimate he has made of the benefit to livestock farming of the Agenda 2000 reforms of the CAP. [122406] Ms Quin: Agenda 2000 represents a very good deal for our producers. We forecast that, compared with the position in the absence of Agenda 2000, incomes on cattle and sheep farms will increase once all the reforms are implemented.
