Sir Raymond Powell: To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had with the First Secretary about the budget for the National Assembly for Wales for 2000-01. [108934] Mr. Paul Murphy: I normally meet the Assembly First Secretary on a weekly basis to discuss a range of issues, including this one.
