Mr. Dismore: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement concerning the claim of Kindertransport survivors for German pensions. [143594] Dawn Primarolo: The Treasury is not responsible for determining entitlement to social security benefits either in the United Kingdom or in other EU member states.
