To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, what the value of assets held by the North West Development Agency is by (a) freehold and (b) leasehold, indicating the locations. Inc list.

Mr. Campbell-Savours: To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what the value of assets held by the North West Development Agency is by (a) freehold and (b) leasehold, indicating the locations. [131557] Ms Beverley Hughes: (a) The valuation of freehold investment assets on 31 March 2000 was £91.7 million. (b) The valuation of leasehold investment assets on 31 March 2000 was £316,000.
