What information DSS makes available to mentally handicapped & their families about any benefits that they may be entitled to; if intending to make any special efforts to ensure mentally handicapped receive all benefits that they are entitled to & if mentally handicapped persons who claim severe disablement allowance are automatically advised of possibility that they may be entitled to claim income support
