Answer: Tony Wright: To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Employment what proposals he has to introduce a school complaints system. [152582] Ms Estelle Morris: I have nothing further to add to the reply I gave to the hon Member on 4 May 2000, Official Report, column 186. We believe that the majority of schools already have procedures in place for handling complaints, generally based on models provided by local education authorities and diocesan boards.
