- To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, when he expects to achieve his target of £1bn of public-private venture capital funding; and what proportion of this target he expects to be (a) public and (b) private.

Mr. Bercow: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he expects to achieve his target of £1 billion of public-private venture capital funding; and what proportion of this target he expects to be (a) public and (b) private. [20482] Mr. Boateng: The target will be achieved over several years. The split between public and private funding will depend on commercial considerations.
