Mr. Andrew Turner: To ask the Prime Minister if he will publish in the Official Report the guidance available to civil servants minuting meetings between Ministers and others. [21357] The Prime Minister: [holding answer 6 December 2001]: The Civil Service Code requires all civil servants to undertake their official duties with integrity, impartiality and honesty. This applies to all activities including the minuting of ministerial meetings.
