Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, which (a) officials and (b) special advisors in his Department were consulted on the content of the supplementary note to the official minute of his meeting with the Chairman of Railtrack on 25th July. - The information requested is exempt from disclosure under Section 2 of Part II of the Code of Practice on access to Government Information.
