Mr. Steen: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what plans she has to introduce special movement pig licences for farmers in Devon. [15626] Mr. Morley: [holding answer 16 November 2001]: There are no such plans. However, the restrictions on pig movements in Devon were eased from 27 November when the county was granted FMD Free Status. Movements still require a licence from the local authority.
