- To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, what assessment he has made of the ability of the NATS PPP to provide for the (a) debt repayment and (b) capital investment contained in the business plan negotiated with the strategic partner; how the investment required by National Air Traffic Services in the next 10 years will be funded.
