Harry Cohen: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if she will ban the trade in domestic (a) dog and (b) cat fur. [13798] Nigel Griffiths: Bans on trade in goods such as dog and cat fur are a matter of exclusive European Community competence and the UK cannot act unilaterally.
