- If there are any plans to ban Rottweilers & other dogs bred for fighting from being kept in domestic premises or as domestic pets, without express permission of police & what action HO intends to take to deal with problem of violent dogs & environmental problems caused by neglected dogs. - (holding answer 6 June 1989).
