Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what the estimated cost to British businesses is of the Ozone Depleting Substances Regulation 2000/2037.

Answer: Mr. Bercow: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what the estimated cost to British businesses is of the Ozone Depleting Substances Regulation 2000/2037. [11857] Mr. Wilson: EC Regulation 2037/2000 on substances which deplete the ozone layer is a matter for my right hon. Friend, the Minister for the Environment. A Regulatory Impact Assessment was prepared by his Department in relation to this Regulation, and was placed in both Libraries of the House on 3 December 1998.
