To ask the honourable Member for Roxburgh and Berwickshire, representing the House of Commons Commission, if he will make available to honourable Members the (a) agendas and (b) minutes of proceedings of the Commission.

Peter Bottomley: To ask the hon. Member for Roxburgh and Berwickshire, representing the House of Commons Commission, if he will make available to hon. Members the (a) agendas and (b) minutes of proceedings of the Commission. [11105] Mr. Kirkwood: The Commission meetings are deliberative and its papers are not published. The Commission publishes considerable details about management and services in its annual report, the last of which was published on 18 July 2001. The Commission is at present considering what information it could usefully place on the parliamentary intranet.
