- To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent representations he has made to (a) the European Commission and (b) the Government of Spain regarding the handling of internationally-dialled telephone calls routed through Spain destined for Gibraltar. - This matter was raised with the Spanish Government on 20 March, and with the Commission on 30 March.
