To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, in each of the last 10 years, what proportion of investment made by the European Investment Bank was made (a) within the EU, (b) within accession countries and (c) outside those countries. - Inc ref to EIB 1999 annual report, in Library.

Mr. Flight: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer in each of the last 10 years, what proportion of investment made by the European Investment Bank was made (a) within the EU, (b) within accession countries and (c) outside those countries.
