Mr. Alan Simpson: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence who is in overall control of TCHD Mark II transports; and which department is in command of TCHD operations. [153728] Mr. Spellar: On 1 April 1999 the Chief of Defence Logistics assumed overall responsibility for nuclear convoy operations.
