- To give precise locations of each application made for derogation of sewage discharges in the north-west; & any other derogation currently in force in north-west; to state for each site improvement programmes for effluent submitted, commencement & finishing dates for such improvement programmes & target levels for achievement of the improvement of effluent at point of discharge. - (Holding answer 30 June 1989).
