Mr. Peter Ainsworth: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport what discussions he has had with the Film Council regarding the publication of actuarial reports on the film franchises. [145138] Mr. Chris Smith: None. The consultants' reports-- which are not, of course, actuarial--were undertaken on the basis that the information would be treated as commercial in confidence.
