- To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, what assessment he has made of projected increases in CO2 emissions as a result of the introduction of declining rate tariffs to larger domestic consumers by Northern Electricity; and if he will make a statement. - None. Any such impact is likely to be very small.
