Mr. Clappison: To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office if he has visited the magistrates court at Pontefract; and how many other (a) magistrates' courts and (b) Crown courts he has visited since he became Minister with responsibility for drugs policy. [85899] Dr. Jack Cunningham: I have not visited the magistrates court at Pontefract in my capacity as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. I visited Stockport magistrates court on Friday 5 February 1999. Responsibility for Crown courts rests with my right hon. Friend the Lord Chancellor.
