- To estimate no of pensioners in Scotland & UK who have paid insufficient contributions & who therefore do not receive full basic national insurance retirement pension; & no of pensioners in Scotland & UK who have their basic national insurance retirement pension enhanced by increments from deferring date of their retirement, contributing to graduated pension scheme, & contributing to SERPS. - Details given.
