Mr. Swayne: To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions what representations he has received with regard to the proposed code of conduct for parish councillors. [49417] Dr. Whitehead: Since the new year, there have been 148 representations received by my Department about the model code of conduct for Parishes.
