- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what plans she has to transfer scientists from Wellesbourne to HRI Efford; and if she will make a statement; if she will make a statement about the conclusions of the 2002 Quinquennial Review of the Horticultural Research Institute in so far as it affects the future of Efford.
