Mr. Yeo: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry on what date her Department began discussing with the Treasury the increase in the rate of National Insurance contributions in the last budget. [75231] Ms Hewitt: It has not been the practice of successive governments to disclose details of discussions between Ministerial colleagues (under exemption 2 of the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information).
