Question
Whether all activities being carried out by the United States National Security Agency at Menwith Hill and elsewhere in the United Kingdom and in British Overseas Territories are fully compatible with the European Union Common Foreign and Security Policy and with the Prime Minister's determination (as elaborated at St Malo a year ago) to promote European security; and whether the United Kingdom's European allies and fellow members of the European Union are aware of the nature of the activities of the United States National Security Agency.
