Mr. Maude: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer when he intends to implement the VAT (Sport, Sports Competitions and Physical Education) (No.2) Order 1998. [82317] Dawn Primarolo: H.M. Customs and Excise are considering comments received on the draft Value Added Tax (Sport, Sports Competitions and Physical Education) Order 1999 published on 14 January 1999.
