Mr. Livingstone: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the names of the solvents which are used in CS sprays held by his Department. [67598] Mr. Spellar: All the CS sprays currently held by the Ministry of Defence contain the solvent commonly known as methylene chloride.
