- What arrangements have been made to protect pay, conditions, training opportunities, career prospects, continuity of service & pension rights in short, medium & long term of those staff possessing registered nurse mental health qualification who transfer from health authority to local authority employment as a result of implementation of Govt proposals concerning care in community; what are proposals concerning standardisation of registered nurse mental health qualifications held by employees of health authorities & certificate of social services held by employees of local authorities.
