Answer: Mr. Malins: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many ASBOs have been made in Surrey in each of the last 12 months. [68624] Mr. Denham: Anti-social behaviour orders (ASBOs) were introduced from 1 April 1999. The data given in the table shows the number of ASBOs reported to the Home Office up to the end of December 2001 (latest available).
