Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, what assessment she has made of the proportion of the rise in government liabilities resulting from unfunded parts of Scottish (a) teachers and (b) NHS pension schemes in the last five years due to (i) wage inflation, (ii) longevity, (iii) extension of the rights of part-time workers and (iv) other factors; and if she will make a statement.
