Question: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, when she expects consultations to begin on draft regulations to prohibit the compilation of worker blacklists by employment agencies for the purposes of discrimination in relation to recruitment and the treatment of workers already employed. - No date has been set for the commencement of consultations on such draft regulations (holding answer 3 July 2002).
