- To estimate commercial cost to British Shipbuilders of the closure of North East Shipbuilders, separately identifying redundancy payments, closure bonus payments, care & maintenance of facilities since vessel construction ceased, costs incurred in dealing with prospective purchasers & any other costs; to estimate cost to Govt of the closure of North East Shipbuilders Ltd. excluding commercial costs to British Shipbuilders.
