Gillian Merron: To ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans he has to ensure that all primary school children receive subsidised milk. [65033] Mr. Miliband: I have been asked to reply. There are no plans to ensure that all primary school children receive subsided milk. Milk provision policies are decided locally by local education authorities, or the governing bodies of former grant maintained schools and former grant maintained special schools.
