To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, how many prosecutions have been brought under the Trading Schemes Act 1996; and how many have been successful. - None.

Miss Begg: To ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry how many prosecutions have been brought under the Trading Schemes Act 1996; and how many have been successful. [62431] Miss Melanie Johnson: No prosecutions have been brought by the Department under the Trading Schemes Act 1996.
