Mr. Lidington: To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what plans she has to introduce shellfish licensing. [61543] Mr. Morley: We are committed to introducing shellfish licensing and I am considering the timing and format of a scheme in the light of comments received in response to consultation.
