- To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what conditions as to future usage were applied to the handover of the Epsom Hospital cluster sites to the NHS; and whether covenants remain which require areas of the sites to be used for specific purposes. - No conditions were attached to the future usage of land in the Epsom cluster nor do any covenants apply.
