Mr. Ancram: To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to the answer by the Foreign Secretary of 21 May 2002, Official Report, column 255, on meetings with embassy staff, what the overall benefit to the United Kingdom was of the Lakshmi Mittal Romanian steel contract.
