- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, what assessment she has made of degradable plastic technology; and what plans she has to promote it; what assessment she has made of (a) the availability and (b) the environmental merits of biodegradable plastic bags; and what plans she has to promote their use.
