To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, what his most recent estimate is of the extent of fraud in tax credits; what assessment he has made of the Inland Revenue benchmarking exercise of fraud in tax credits; and if he will publish the benchmarking exercise. - Ref the HonMember to the answer given on 5 February 2002 at 379 c851W.
