- To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, with reference to the loose minute Interdepartmental Committee Iran and Iraq D/DESS/12/20 dated 19th October 1988, to which countries the MOD/DESO promoted the BL755 cluster munitions; and which countries purchased the BL755 cluster munition system subsequent to promotional activity by his Department. - I will write to my hon. Friend and a copy of my letter will be placed in the Library of the House.
